the fireplace is very cute. I was surprised that I was unable to contact the seller to let them know that the frame has been mounted incorrectly. There is a metal frame on three sides bordering on the front of the stove that has the screw holes on the left and right where the stove is supposed to be secured from the front. I couldn't slip the heater through the front because the frame my heater was attached at the back, so I had to slide the heater through the back
